Dalmagarry – The A9 road near Dalmagarry has been reopened after being temporarily closed due to a road traffic collision earlier today. The incident involved a lorry and a car, resulting in the closure of the road for resurfacing works to be carried out.
Authorities swiftly responded to the incident, ensuring the safety of all individuals involved and initiating necessary measures to clear the area and conduct extensive enquiries. The closure was necessary to allow for the completion of road resurfacing works and ensure the road’s safety for public use.
Motorists and members of the public were advised to avoid the affected area and seek alternative routes during the road closure. The closure was expected to last for several hours, causing potential disruptions to the usual traffic flow in the region.
However, we are pleased to report that the A9 at Dalmagarry has now been reopened. The completion of road resurfacing works and the conclusion of comprehensive investigations into the collision have allowed for the resumption of regular traffic in the area.
