Man found fatally shot in MGM National Harbor parking lot

OXON HILL, Md. — Prince Georges County Police Department responded to a reported shooting call around 4:50 a.m. Saturday.

The shooting took place at 100 block of MGM National Harbor Avenue. News4 was able to confirm the tragedy took place at the complex’s garage.

On the scene, Police determined the adult male was “suffering from gunshot wounds.” Subsequently, the man was pronounced dead, said Police.

Prince Georges County Police informed about the tragedy in a post on the X account, formerly Twitter:

Police stated the identity of the male victim will be released after his family is notified.

Police are investigating who the suspect is. Additionally, officers declared “the suspect shot the victim during a dispute.”

Contacted by WUSA9, MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino “has no comment.” regarding the shooting. Police ask the community to submit your tip using the P3 Tips app, @PGCrimeSolvers, or call 1-866-411-TIPS. Police offer a reward of up to $25,000 for information that leads to an arrest or indictment.
