Commerce – A shooting incident occurred this morning at a Hardee’s restaurant located in downtown Commerce, sparking an intensive investigation by local law enforcement agencies. The victim, a yet-to-be-identified male, was shot and killed.
The Commerce Police Department (PD) responded swiftly to the incident and has since taken charge of the ongoing investigation. The crime scene has been cordoned off with yellow police tape, while forensic markers on the ground indicate the presence of crucial evidence.
The Commerce PD, along with assistance from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), has been diligently working to gather all necessary information surrounding the shooting.
